Chilled beet soup, pink and black radish laced – small fried artichoke on spinach shoot salad with parmesean and pine nuts – Black tiger shrimp skewer citrus sauce – loin beef with special sauce and "ratte potatoes salted fleur de sel"……it all sounds good doesn’t it? Finish it off with a chocolate tart truffle and coffee ice cream or caramelized banana, cinnamon bread and spicy ice cream.
